Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Five years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Three years of hospital finance experience; behavioral health experience preferred.
• MBA/MHA/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and close.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; provide strategic financial analysis.
• Oversee revenue cycle, reimbursement, cash flow, and cash collections.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting (CHIA, CMS, HIPAA).
• Develop internal controls and supervise finance staff; drive process improvements.
• Partner with executive leadership on operational decisions and capital planning.
