Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management for healthcare, powerplants, or institutional buildings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards applicable to hospital construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work schedules for in-house trades and contractors on in-house projects.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot technical, system and construction problems in facilities.
• Implement project scope, determine budget and schedule; coordinate with architects and consultants.
• Provide construction management for renovations and new construction, including change orders and inspections.
• Represent the owner's interests; maintain project documentation and turnover to operations.
• Support department operations, budgeting, and project design development.
