MCHS is seeking an experienced project manager to lead hospital and outpatient facility renovations, new constructions, and space reallocations in the Miami area. You will oversee all project lifecycle stages—planning, design, procurement, construction, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and close-out—to meet safety, budget, quality, and schedule goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field or 10 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare project management, commercial construction or facilities planning/capital project management.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, designs, and executes multiple construction & renovation projects to meet program requirements, budget, safety, & time constraints.
• Coordinates projects with all impacted stakeholders and provides ongoing project communication about impact and status.
• Develops move/equipment management plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement process and participates in contract negotiations.
• Obtains required hospital approvals and submits documentation for purchase orders.
• Documents project information accurately and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes; follows up and mitigates issues.
• Assesses risks and implements mitigation strategies to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Monitors progress and ensures milestones and tasks are completed on time.
• Develops and delivers project management training and process improvements.
