Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled work orders/projects on hospital buildings and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Repair or install plumbing, electrical, steam, HVAC, and related systems.
• Use CMMS to document work and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments and outside contractors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and local codes.
