Qualifications

• Preferred one year of healthcare/trayline experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare all items using standardized recipes and ingredient control
• Follow proper preparation procedures
• Check food texture, color, aroma, and taste prior to service
• Prepare cold foods daily to ensure freshness for patients and customers
• Deliver excellent customer service in a consistent manner
• Record all food production amounts and maintain production logs
• Attend mandatory inservices and education programs relevant to the department
• Cross-train associates and participate in department meetings
