Connections Healthcare Staffing is supporting a hospital in Colorado for a day-shift Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor role in Olathe. The position combines clinical leadership with operational oversight of pharmacy services in a hospital setting.

Candidates must have a PharmD, Colorado license, and 3–5 years of hospital experience. A $15k sign-on and relocation up to $10k are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Current Colorado pharmacy license required.
• 3–5 years hospital pharmacy experience required.
• ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency PGY1 preferred.
• Board Certification (e.g., BCPS) preferred.
• Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational and regulatory leadership for pharmacy services.
• Oversee antimicrobial stewardship, medication-use safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage smart infusion pump programs and EHR medication content.
• Supervise pharmacists and collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.
