Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with IDFPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Check all medications leaving the department for quality assurance.
• Dispense medications from physician orders and verify dosing per orders.
• Enter orders accurately into the system and ensure current MARs.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals about orders and drug interactions.
• Assist in planning new pharmacy functions and updates of services.
• Monitor for adverse drug reactions and ensure proper medication storage and dispensing.
