• Provide spiritual assessment and interventions for patients, families, and staff.
• Deliver Spiritual Care services per Standards of Practice.
• Respond promptly to requests for Spiritual Care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; participate in rounds/committees.
• Provide worship opportunities and ritual support.
• Document care in EMR using the Outcome Oriented Chaplaincy model.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.
