Qualifications

• Leadership experience is also preferred (1-2 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of patient accounting receivables for the hospital system.
• Identify trends and fluctuations using indicators like A/R days and aging to maintain financial viability.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to implement payer changes.
