Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Hospital Billing Manager to join our team. This remote role requires residence in Kentucky or Indiana and offers leadership of the hospital billing process across Medicare, commercial, and Medicaid lines.

The manager will direct billing activities to maximize reimbursement, reduce accounts receivable, and ensure timely, accurate handling of patient accounts and claims within a centralized office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business and four years experience as a billing manager within Patient Financial Services in a large hospital, healthcare system or centralized business office; or eight years experience as a billing manager within Patient Financial Services in a large hospital, healthcare system or centralized business office in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medicare, commercial and Medicaid billing activities to maximize reimbursement.
• Lead centralized business office to minimize accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate patient accounts and claims.
