Baptist Health is seeking an Interim Billing Manager to lead our centralized billing office, focusing on Medicare, commercial and Medicaid claims. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and offers the opportunity to drive reimbursement performance across multiple payer types.

You will oversee end-to-end patient billing operations, ensure timely claim processing, and collaborate with finance leadership to minimize accounts receivable and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 4+ years experience as a billing manager in Patient Financial Services in a large hospital, healthcare system or centralized business office; or 8 years experience as a billing manager in Patient Financial Services in lieu of a degree.
