Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Hospital Billing Manager to lead our centralized billing office. This remote role requires residence in KY or IN and focuses on Medicare, commercial and Medicaid billing activities to maximize reimbursement and minimize AR through accurate, timely patient account handling.

The ideal candidate has a business degree or equivalent extensive billing management experience in a large hospital setting and will supervise the billing process to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required; four years billing manager experience in Patient Financial Services in a large hospital, healthcare system, or centralized business office; or eight years experience in lieu of the degree.
