Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Peer Services in Largo, Florida.

The role provides clinical oversight to SUD Peer Support and Case Managers across hospital settings, ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices and alignment with program objectives. You will guide MOUD/MAUD initiation, supervise staff, coordinate with hospital teams, track patient outcomes, and support transitions to community-based recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field; Master’s preferred.
• Supervisory experience in hospital or behavioral health settings.
• Experience with MAT/MOUD/MAUD and discharge planning required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and supervisory oversight to SUD Peer Supports and Case Managers.
• Develop and implement SOPs; ensure trauma-informed care and recovery orientation.
• Coordinate MOUD/MAUD initiation, bridge prescriptions, and withdrawal management.
