Job summary

UofL Health is hiring a Hospital-Based Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care across age groups within the hospital setting. The nurse will use the nursing process, communicate with the care team, and participate in professional development to meet patient safety goals.

Under supervision, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while coordinating with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to evidence-based practice and clinical outcomes.
