Job summary

Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, administer medications, develop care plans with the team, and ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires KY RN licensure, BLS and commitment to evidence-based practice; BSN is preferred for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• New hire associates must start a BSN within 1 year and complete within 3 years.
• KY RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic assessments across the care continuum to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications per licensure authority and document timely administration.
• Plan care with the multidisciplinary team using current clinical knowledge.
• Identify and prioritize patient problems based on data and goals.
• Implement nursing interventions to meet patient and family needs.
• Educate patients and families and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure continuity and safety.
