Qualifications

• Previous high-volume baking, recipe/scratch baking, and pastry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Maintains proper food prep, equipment use, and portion control.
• Ensures presentation, quality, and serving temperatures of foods.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and area.
• Handles food safely following regulations during prep and service.
• Cleans equipment and workstation before leaving for other assignments.
• Interacts with customers, resolving complaints politely and professionally.
