Job summary

Cura's healthcare team at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Full-Time Baker to prepare breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.

You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness of equipment, manage inventory and supplier orders in a fast-paced kitchen, and contribute to a patient-focused dining program.

Experience with kitchen tools and basic math for ordering is preferred; retail bakery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
• Experience baking in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
