What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Develop and maintain a pipeline for Safety Net, Iris, and clinical alarm management solutions
- Present the benefits of the Automation portfolio to potential clients and support sales teams in effectively communicating these advantages
- Act as a subject matter expert in SafetyNet Alarm Management and collaborate with the Acute Team to expand market opportunities
- Maintain a CRM database of key account information and sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in informatics, clinical engineering, or healthcare IT
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to discuss Automation models across various care units
- Technical aptitude demonstrated through relevant education or hands-on experience in healthcare settings
- Proven sales ability with a history of successful collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead group presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Hospital IT, EMR connectivity, and the current product landscape
- Knowledge of IHE PCD frameworks and clinical use cases for medical device integration
- Understanding of the health IT sales cycle in hospital, surgery, or long-term care environments
