Job summary

St. Luke’s in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Night Shift RN for its Hospital at Home program. This on-site role delivers in-home, acute patient-centered care as part of a collaborative care team.

You will work with RNs, providers, paramedics and technicians with 24/7 Hospital at Home support. Certification pay and relocation assistance are available for new hires. Requirements include an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years RN acute care experience, and current RN licensure with BLS

Qualifications

• 3+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, acute patient-centered care as part of a professional health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and technicians.
• Hospital at Home support is available 24/7 and the program aims to improve acute care outcomes through technology and collaboration.
• Be on-site in Boise, not remote, and participate in the launch and growth of this new program.
