Hospital at Home Command Center RN *Remote, 6 Day Shift

Interested in being on the cutting edge of innovation within nursing? Passionate about caring for patients but no longer want to work in the traditional hospital setting? Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment? If so, then come join our team! Hospital At Home is a dynamic care model where appropriate patients transfer to a virtual unit to complete their hospitalization. This program operates like a regular inpatient unit, but is set up in the patient's home. It provides medical equipment, meals, and diagnostics in the home setting. The Field RN provides hands-on care and collaborates with clinicians including Command Center RNs, MDs, and Field Therapists such as PT and OT. The role is dynamic, requiring close collaboration with virtual colleagues to provide excellent clinical care.

Hospital at Home manages patients meeting inpatient criteria in their homes, resulting in better outcomes, higher satisfaction, fewer complications, and shorter stays. Staff report higher job satisfaction. The acuity of patients is comparable to a standard medical floor. While not suitable for everyone, it is appropriate for those meeting specific criteria and deemed safe for home hospitalization.

Strong candidates will have excellent clinical and communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and flexible as the day progresses. Supportive colleagues await you! The role requires obtaining nursing licenses for the supported states.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN License from your state of residence in our supported footprint:
• Texas RN License upon hire, or
• Washington RN License (Vendor Managed), or
• Alaska RN License (Vendor Managed), or
• California RN License (Vendor Managed), or
• Montana RN License (Vendor Managed), or
• Oregon RN License (Vendor Managed), or
• New Mexico RN License (Vendor Managed).

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
