Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit hospital facility claims (UB-04) accurately.
• Perform follow-up on outstanding facility balances and secure reimbursement.
• Research and resolve denials with revenue integrity and payer rules.
• Collaborate with coding and patient access to fix charge issues.
