Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license required.

• Maintains current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC as required.
• 2 years as an RN in acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and supervisor for nursing units during shifts.
• Ensure safe, timely patient flow and coordinate intra-system transfers.
• Oversee staffing resources in coordination with department leadership.
• Provide leadership presence and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to emergencies and support patient and family needs.
• Document shift activities and maintain electronic health records accurately.
• Mentor and coach team members; support education and development.
