Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner per healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly, and communicate information to relevant personnel.
