You will greet guests, recommend menu items, input orders via the POS, and ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and a courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring every table feels welcomed.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, ingredients, and pairings.
• Take and input orders accurately using the POS system, communicating dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and anticipate guest needs.
• Check in with guests during the meal and address questions or concerns with care.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset spaces between seatings.
