Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food, and community.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a welcoming table experience.
• Provide menu recommendations and pairings with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Take and input orders via POS, noting dietary restrictions accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while anticipating needs.
• Check in with guests and address questions or concerns with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables between seatings.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, bussers, runners, and kitchen staff.
