Job summary

A compassionate hospice care provider in the Greater Twin Cities Metro Area is seeking a part-time Hospice Visit Nurse (RN). This role offers flexibility and the potential to transition to full-time as patient volume grows. Responsibilities include providing patient care in homes and assisted living, managing symptoms, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in Minnesota.
• Prior hospice experience preferred; oncology or palliative experience also considered.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and PRN visits in various settings.
• Deliver compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Complete timely documentation in the EMR.

Skills

Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence

Ability to provide pain and symptom management

Experience in hospice or related field

Education

Active RN license in Minnesota
