Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and end-of-life care across Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Rockford and surrounding areas. You’ll practice medicine on the road, dedicating time to listening, guiding families, and delivering dignified goodbyes in the comfort of home.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree required and eligible for licensure in Michigan.
• Ability to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes.
• Comfort with scheduling flexibility and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services with dignity and empathy.
• Educate and support families during difficult end-of-life discussions.
• Work independently in the field with mentorship and team support.
