Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Everett, WA. Position includes travel and full-time hours, with a weekly gross pay range of $2,280–$2,400 and a travel/housing stipend for eligible travelers.

Qualifications include RN license, 2 years hospice/home care in home settings, BLS, and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities cover care coordination, care planning, patient comfort, and family education in home hospice settings.

Formación

• Active RN license for state of application or Compact license.
• Minimum 2 years hospice/home-health experience.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate care for hospice patients in home settings.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for visits and admissions.
• Support patient comfort and dignity for terminally ill individuals.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care goals.
• Conduct case management and provide clinical oversight within scope of practice.
• Transcribe physicians' orders accurately and document visits within 24 hours.
• Cover territories including Snohomish County and surrounding areas.
