Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Hospital Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel/contract Hospice position. The role covers home health patients in the Anchorage area with a 40-hour work week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm shifts, Mon-Fri, and on-call one weekend every 6 weeks.

Required qualifications include ASN or equivalent, RN license in state or compact, and BLS. BSN preferred; experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR and a valid driver's license with auto insurance are

Competenze

• RN with ASN or equivalent required
• BSN or higher preferred
• Active RN license in applicable state or compact license
• HCHB EMR experience required
• Driver's license and auto insurance required

Mansioni

• Provide and coordinate care for assigned hospice patients in the home setting
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for Start of Care and admissions
• Support patient comfort and pain management
• Case management and clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver nursing care within nursing practice standards and facility policies
• Document charting for all visits within 24 hours
