Delaware Hospice is actively seeking 2 full-time Hospice Transport Attendants. The schedules will be Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm - no weekends!
The BLS Certified Transport Attendant is responsible for providing basic life support and non-emergency medical assistance to patients during transport in an ambulance or other designated medical transport vehicle. This position involves assessing patient needs, performing basic medical procedures, and maintaining patient safety during transit. The role may also require coordination with medical staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring vehicle and equipment readiness.
