Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Hospice STNA to provide compassionate direct patient care, assist with ADLs, and support comfort and dignity for clients in a home health setting. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care.

Qualifications

State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification required
Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis
