Cherish-Hospice is seeking a dedicated STNA Hospice Aide for the Akron area. You will provide personal care and related services to hospice patients on the road under RN supervision, supporting comfort and quality of life. Position involves up to 50% travel to home and care facilities.

The role requires an STNA license and a valid Driver's license, with hospice and geriatrics experience preferred. Join a team focused on compassionate, compliant patient care and continuity of service.

Qualifications

• STNA license is required.
• Driver's license is required.
• Travel up to 50% to patient residences (home, assisted living, long-term care, hospital).
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.
• Hospice and Palliative Medicine experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care according to patient needs to maintain comfort and hygiene.
• Care provided per plan of care under RN supervision.
• Observe, document observations and care performed.
• Document care and patient response per policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide timely documentation of patient services based on the plan of care.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance.
