Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and spiritual support per patient/family wishes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and update care plans.
• Document counseling provided in patient records.
• Notify physician and team of changes per policy.
• Support training and positive teamwork; delegate tasks as needed.
• Build trusting relationships with patients, families and staff.

Master of Pastoral Care or Master of Theological Studies

ACPE Educator Certification
