Qualifications

• Knowledge of Islamic End of Life ministry.
• Bachelor's diploma from an accredited college.
• Divinity Degree required.
• Minimum of one year experience post graduate in a healthcare setting.
• Word and Excel.
• Valid New York State Drivers license preferred.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
• Strong teaching and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to input clinical data proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pastoral support services to patients and families.
• Provide direct pastoral services to patients and families.
• Coordinate spiritual support with requested religious affiliations.
• Complete and prepare documentation from clinical contacts and patients.
• Input clinical data into MISYS database.
• Maintain updated intake reports.
