Job Title: Hospice Scheduler
Location: Dunmore, PA (in office)
Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities: This role requires a person who will be responsible for Hospice scheduling, authorizations, and data entry including but not limited to the following:

• Assigning / scheduling nurses and aides for Home Health patients based on geography and staff case load
• Collaborate with road staff regarding scheduling changes as needed
• Assist receptionist as needed
