Now Hiring: Full-Time Hospice RN – Weekend Schedule
VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove
Hanover, PA

Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a heart for end-of-life care? The VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time weekend role. This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful care and support to patients and families when they need it most.

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (36 hours/week)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospice care regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania.
• 1–3 years of hospice or related nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
