Ohioans Home Health & Hospice in Toledo, OH is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior to assess, plan and implement patient care in home settings. You will educate patients and families on comfort care, coordinate with the care team, and address diverse patient needs while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role offers autonomy, robust training, and opportunities for part- or full-time weekend shifts, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and quality

As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warriorat Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, w e will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs.
