Job summary

Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home health care in the Fremont area. You will assess, plan and implement patient care, educate patients and families, and manage IVs, wound care, and complex needs with autonomy and support.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care experience.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.

• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care in the home setting.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications.
• Address patient needs including IVs, PICC lines, wound care and tubes.
• Document care and coordinate with case management and providers.
• Provide high-quality care in Fremont-area patients' homes.
