Job summary

Avow Hospice in Naples, FL, seeks a full-time RN to join the Triage Team. This Monday–Friday role runs 7:30a–4p with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. RN licensure in Florida, CHPN preferred, and strong EMR skills are required to document care and coordinate patient support.

The RN will assess pain and complex symptoms, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and guide patient/family education while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• CHPN preferred.
• Florida RN license required.
• Strong computer skills incl. EMR/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services and treatments per policies and protocols.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and community resources.
• Assess patient and report changes to physician and team.
• Supervise care by LPNs and HHAs and update care plans.
• Attend clinical education, in-service and nursing staff meetings.
• Meet productivity expectations and participate in variable shifts.
