Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care in patients' homes, SNFs, and assisted living communities across the Henderson area. You will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to create and implement individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes lower caseloads and meaningful patient time, with opportunities for growth and career advancement within a CHAP-certified organization.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• A passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needs.
• Comfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care in home and facility settings.

• Maintain lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios for quality time with patients.
