AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to work PRN as needed in the Saint Paul area. The role pays $40–$45 per hour and requires 1+ year of nursing experience with RN licensure in the practice state.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, provide compassionate care, and support patients and families in life’s delicate moments. Flexibility to cover 8am–5pm shifts and some weekends is required, with autonomy to practice at the top of your license while being supported by a

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
