AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team serving the St. Louis area.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay based on experience, with a strong focus on comfort and dignity for hospice patients and families. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work to implement and monitor patient care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and educate caregivers.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (Missouri)
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Ability to work PRN, flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care maximizing comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Conduct comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual assessments
• Educate and support patients and caregivers; meet them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care accurately reflecting patient needs and progress; participate in on-call rotations
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
