VNA Care is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for per diem home care in the Worcester area to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and ensure comfort and quality of life at the end of life.
This role requires prior Hospice training, with a minimum of one year Hospice experience; oncology and home care experience are preferred. Per diem shifts include evenings and weekends differential.
