Job summary

Trinity Health At Home is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for PRN, part-time shifts in the Waterbury Region. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, build individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate families to support recovery and independence.

This role offers flexible, meaningful 1:1 patient relationships and opportunities to practice at the top of your license with autonomous decision making.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
