Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to join our Norwich, VT office. You will lead care teams delivering top hospice services, shaping a culture of compassion and excellence.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, community engagement, and collaboration with other providers to ensure the highest quality end‑of‑life care. The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 per year with a $20,000 sign‑on bonus, paid weekly, and a Monday‑Friday schedule in a small

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in both VT and NH.
• Passion for hospice care; former hospice experience preferred.
• Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team.
• Registered Nurse, BSN or Masters preferred.
• Management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs.
• Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities.
• Develop and mentor future hospice leaders.
