Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver compassionate hospice care. You will guide the care team to ensure quality patient experiences while collaborating with leadership for ongoing professional development.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a clinical care setting ( hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs and bear weight of an average adult.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans; communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Drive the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.
• Join a team with leadership support and opportunities for professional development.
