Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans. You will coordinate with the patient, family, and care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

You will lead care coordination, document care plans, and advocate for patients’ comfort and dignity while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with the patient, the patient’s family, and the care team.
• Drive collaboration to ensure every patient receives quality care.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and symptom management.
