Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Nurse RN IPC Shift Lead, Hospice in Wilmington IPC to oversee daily nursing operations. This full-time role requires a current RN license, supervisory experience, and hospice background.

The position features a schedule of 3/12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm with every-other weekend rotation. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or related patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations by assigning patient care responsibilities to RNs and managing admissions/ transfers.
• Support staff performance through coaching and chart audits; oversee medication management and compliance checks.
• Maintain communication with leadership, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to align care plans and staffing.
