Job summary

Partners In Home Care, Western Montana's leading non-profit hospice provider, seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to serve Lake County and surrounding communities. You will deliver end-of-life care to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and family support.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time employment, with typical Monday–Friday hours and on-call rotation. Travel within our service area is required, and certification in hospice care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current MT RN license or eligibility.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Hospice Care focusing on comfort and quality of life.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage pain and symptoms.
• Offer bereavement support and guidance to families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
