Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Georgia. You will evaluate patients, design individualized care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and excellent communication across all involved parties.

The ideal candidate holds an active Georgia RN license, has at least two years of nursing experience (hospice experience preferred), and is able to lift and assist with patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience; hospice preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Coordinate with patients, families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Serve as driving force to ensure compassionate, patient-centered service.
